If you're new to 7 Monks Café, welcome! My mom and I opened our Indian + Mediterranean kitchen right here in downtown New Braunfels to serve bold flavors, family recipes, and dishes that hit just right.

1. Butter Chicken
   The comfort food of kings. Creamy, rich, not too spicy—and goes perfectly with garlic naan or rice. If you’re new, this is the one.
2. Samosas
   Classic Indian snack, always a win. Crispy on the outside, warm and spiced on the inside. Pairs well with… basically everything.

🔎 Hidden Gems You’ll Thank Us For
Onion Pakoras — crispy, golden, lightly spiced fritters. But it’s the green chutney + tamarind chutney combo that takes them to a whole other level.

Fun fact: a woman drives 4 hours from Dallas just for our pakoras. That’s how good they are.
Momo Curry — this one’s a sleeper hit. Steamed dumplings swimming in rich curry sauce. Most people miss it, but it’s honestly one of the best things on the menu.
